Annie Lennox

Annie Lennox, born 25th December 1954, in Aberdeen Scotland. Dorothy Farquharson is her mother and Thomas Allison Lennox, father. Lennox was a student for three year at the Royal Academy of Music London in 1970s, was accepted. She lived off of a student allowance and took in part-time jobs to increase her funds. Lennox was able to make a change in her path in life when she was dissatisfied with her inexperience in the same way as the other Royal Academy students. Lennox began her career as a flute-player with the group Dragons Playground. She quit the band before New Faces, the I.T.V. talent show. Between 1977 and 1980, she was the main vocalist of The Tourists, a British Pop group. They met Dave Stewart, with whom they would create the pop duo Eurythmics. Lennox started working on her solo debut album Diva, which was released around 1992. The album garnered a lot of praise both by critics as well as the general public. Nostalgia Lennoxs Sixth Solo Album was Released in October of 2014. The C.D. includes a collection of Lennoxs favourite blues and soul jazz tunes from her upbringing. Lepidoptera is a collection of four piano improvisations, was released by Lennox in the month of May, 2019. The E.P. The E.P. is her first solo album, and is a sequel to her art work created at Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art called Now I Let You go... Annie Lennox, born on December 25, 1954, in Scotland, is a charitable philanthropist and politician. She sings. At the end of the 70s, Lennox gained some not-so-great fame while members in The Tourists. She and Dave Stewart then gained international recognition in the 80s as Eurythmics. Lennox started her solo career in 1992, with the release of Diva with several hit songs such as Why and walking on Broken Glass. Medusa her 1995 studio album includes cover versions of tracks like No MoreI Love Yous andA Whiter Shade of Pale. The singer has recorded six solo studio albums as well as a compilation album.
