Lesley-Ann Brandt was born in Cape Town, South Africa on December 2, 1981. Model and actress best known as a TV actress and film. Brandt made her American debut in Spartacus: Blood and Sand, a period drama. Brandt began her acting career as a New Zealander in the show Diplomatic Immunity. The actress has appeared on numerous shows over the last decade and included in them Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies The Librarians as well as Spartacus: Gods of the Arena. In the year 2016 Brandt has played the role as Mazikeen in the popular urban fantasy show Lucifer with Tom Ellis Lauren German and Kevin Alejandro. Brandt grew up at Cape Town South Africa. When she reached her late teens, she moved into Auckland New Zealand along with her siblings and mother. Brandt started her modelling career through ads and commercials. Prior to becoming an infamous model, she worked as a retail salesperson and as a recruitment consultant for the information technology industry. In 2009, she got her first part as Leilani in the New Zealand comedy Diplomatic Immunity. In 2021, she appeared on Spartacus Blood and Sand as the young slave girl named Naevia. The role of Naevia has also been played by her in the Spartacus miniseries Spartacus Gods of the Arena. Craig Parker starred alongside her in three TV shows: Diplomatic Immunity (2009), Spartacus (2010), and Legend of the Seeker (2008). In the year 2016, Mazikeen was cast as the bounty hunter for Netflix's popular series Lucifer. The role is her most prominent up to now. The show features Tom Ellis Lauren Gerber Kevin Alejandro D. B. Woodside as well as D. B. Woodside.
